1. Applications in Petroleum Equipment: Refining Units: Refining units primarily require pipeline valves, mainly gate valves, globe valves, check valves, safety valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, and steam traps. Gate valves account for approximately 80% of the total valve quantity (valve investment represents 3% to 5% of the total investment). Chemical Fiber Units: Chemical fiber products mainly include polyester, acrylic, and vinylon. The required valves include ball valves and jacketed valves (jacketed ball valves, jacketed gate valves, and jacketed globe valves). Acrylonitrile Units: These units generally require standard-issue valves, mainly gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves, steam traps, needle globe valves, and plug valves. Gate valves account for approximately 75% of the total valve quantity. Ammonia Synthesis Units: Due to differences in raw materials and purification methods, the process flow for ammonia synthesis varies, resulting in different technical performance requirements for the valves. Currently, domestic ammonia synthesis plants mainly require gate valves/stop valves/check valves/steam traps/butterfly valves/ball valves/diaphragm valves/regulating valves/needle valves/safety valves/high-temperature and low-temperature valves.
2. Valves used in hydropower stations: my country's power station construction is trending towards larger scale, thus requiring large-diameter and high-pressure safety valves/pressure reducing valves/stop valves/gate valves/butterfly valves/emergency shut-off valves and flow control valves/spherical seal instrument shut-off valves. (According to the "15th Five-Year Plan," except for Inner Mongolia and Guizhou provinces, which can build units of 200,000 kW or more, other provinces and cities can only build units of 300,000 kW or more).
3. Valves used in metallurgy: In the metallurgical industry, alumina production mainly requires wear-resistant slurry valves (in-flow shut-off valves)/regulating steam traps. The steelmaking industry mainly requires metal-sealed ball valves/butterfly valves and oxide ball valves/stop valves and four-way directional valves.
4. Valves used in marine applications: With the development of offshore oilfield exploitation, the demand for valves in marine applications is gradually increasing. Offshore platforms require shut-off ball valves/check valves/multi-way valves.
5. Valves for Food and Pharmaceutical Applications: This industry primarily requires stainless steel ball valves/non-toxic all-plastic ball valves and butterfly valves. Among the above 10 major valve categories, general-purpose valves are in the most demand, such as instrument valves/needle valves/needle gate valves/gate valves/stop valves/check valves/ball valves/butterfly valves.
